Abstract


The relationship between the United States and Cuba is historical issues, as early as before the birth of the Cuban Revolution, the United States has imposed on Cuba policy of hegemony, and as the occurrence of the Cuban Revolution, the United States began to hostile measures against Cuba.Younger Bush came to power, the hegemony of the United States against Cuba is not only not reduced, but there is an increasing trend.George W.
