Abstract


During 2007 the financial crisis which started in the United States given a direct impact on the global job market, China which depended on foreign trade to promoted economic development inevitably be a serious impact.In China many small enterprises have bankrupt,job demand. Subject of new jobs as the employment of university graduates is particularly prominent.Under the influence of the financial crisis, employment status of graduates comes into the government, society and the academic focus of attention.Domestic and foreign scholars as well as the financial crisis on the financial crisis has brought great harm results, but the financial crisis on the employment impact of college students,the relative lack of research, especially the lack of relevant data to support. This 2010 session of Hunan University graduates survey, using questionnaire survey, collecting data, describing the current financial crisis, graduates employment pressure,in Liaoning, the development status of the areas of concept, that the current Students faced the main obstacles are their quality is not high;university employment guidance services;lack of government policies,lack of support. How to overcome the financial crisis and achieve student successful,are very important issues to the state,enterprises, universities, and students personally, Articles from increasing the government’s macro regulation and control, improve career guidance services to reflect the university to enhance their quality and so the students made some suggestions.
