Abstract


\teachers as a university is the most important resource is the main force of research and innovation , is the ultimate bearers of independent innovation mission . For the teachers to take on this mission , you must build a scientific, rational, impartial scientific evaluation system , in order to mobilize the enthusiasm of the teachers' scientific research , to motivate teachers innovative potential , create original research results . This study on the basis of summing up the research and evaluation system and the teachers' research performance literature to construct theoretical research model and hypotheses , and select a research university teachers as empirical research object , in-depth investigation of reasonable scientific evaluation system as well as its research performance of teachers the impact , with SPSS.13, EXCEL and other statistical tools descriptive analysis of the survey results , analysis of variance , factor analysis , correlation analysis and regression analysis , testing hypotheses , and ultimately get the following four main conclusions : teachers' subjective evaluation system for scientific research lower degree of recognition , generally agreed that the research performance improved significantly in the current research and evaluation system ; existence of different feelings of the age, title, and teachers of different expertise on research and evaluation system ; titles and working life of the individual characteristics of the two teachers of their own research performance impact increased acceptance ; factor Analysis , teachers, research task performance subdivision as a source nature of scientific research , and derivative research results , and scientific relations performance is divided into two categories quality of life and job conscientiousness ; research university research evaluation system . teachers derivative role of scientific research is not obvious ; teacher source nature of research results , quality of life , job dedicate significant impact . This article is based on this , based on the theory of scientific research and evaluation , performance management theory , psychological contract theory perspective for China to build modern university research evaluation system put forward countermeasures and suggestions .
