Abstract


Proposed by the 17th CPC National Congress to improve the capability of independent innovation, building an innovative country, is the core of the national development strategy and the key to improve the comprehensive national strength, China in 2020 to enter the ranks of an innovation-oriented country. To achieve this strategic goal, the key on to train a large number of creative talents, colleges and universities is to cultivate innovative talents of the main front. Thus, a number of colleges and universities to improve the formation of scientific and technological innovation team of college students in the form of college students scientific and technological innovation capacity and team collaboration capabilities, cultivating innovative talents with the technological innovation capability. College students scientific and technological innovation to encourage the formation of scientific and technological innovation team of college students in the form of a variety of reasons, failed in all colleges and universities across the country to get in-depth research and extensive development of just relying College \the Science Creation Competition students'extracurricular Technology Innovation Unit form of a small range of scientific and technological innovation, and the creation of a limited number of scientific and technological innovations, so the vast majority of college students can not participate. About our local college undergraduate science and technology innovation team status quo by the investigation team of the national part of the local colleges, undergraduate college students scientific and technological innovation, and define the related concepts of scientific and technological innovation team of undergraduate students, as well as analysis of the cases of some college students scientific and technological innovation team then put forward the significance of the formation of scientific and technological innovation team of undergraduate college students as well as the need to follow the principles and organized according to certain places Undergraduate Students Technology Innovation Team. Local colleges and universities according to the school type and subject characteristics, the formation of scientific and technological innovation team of undergraduate students reflect their own characteristics.
