Abstract


Teenagers do first career-related decisions on the individual's life may be future career, mental health and social acceptance has an impact. The first individual to make life and career-related decisions are in high school, can make appropriate decisions will directly affect future career direction individuals. This article includes two studies, the first secondary school students in Shanxi three surveys and interview study, high school students understand Shanxi status and career decision-making self-efficacy caused some students career decision-making self-efficacy reasons for the low. The second study is the focus of this paper is intervention study. Intervention study was prepared in suitable high school students, and promote the value of having a career decision self-efficacy group psychological intervention programs, and through group psychological intervention to improve high school career decision-making self-efficacy levels, and promote the career development of high school students. Intervention studies using experimental group, the reference group pretest-posttest experimental design. Researchers from the lowest score in survey research a high school student in a surveyed, with 27% of the classification criteria, selected 28 students as the low group were tested in this study were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group with the control group of 14 subjects. The experimental group received a total of 16 hours period of eight occupational group counseling, reference group did not receive any counseling. Effect was assessed using \Group counseling after the experimental group were tested with the reference group for the posttest. Two months after the end of the intervention, the experimental group were measured after test track. Conclusion of the study showed that: (1) high school career decision-making self-efficacy in the mid to upper level. (2) high school career decision-making self-efficacy and students there is no gender difference. (3) high school career decision-making self-efficacy there is no difference in the school (4) high school career decision-making self-efficacy in the self-evaluation dimension One Child significant differences, but in the aggregate table and the other four dimensions no significant difference . (5) high school students and High School students in the career decision-making self-efficacy on the table there is a significant amount of difference, but the high one and Middle School, High School and Middle School students there is no significant difference. (6) group counseling improves high school career decision-making self-efficacy levels. (7) group counseling program is a viable career decision-making self-efficacy to improve high school counseling programs have long-term effects.
