Abstract


Education and Culture has a natural intimacy of a multi-ethnic country , and has a variety of national culture , but a long time, \the heritage and development of many minority students , and even lead to a national inferiority complex . Multicultural education background , based on the basic theories of language courses , Qapqal Xibe Autonomous County of Xinjiang the Xibe Language Curriculum Development and Implementation of the study . That : limited to instrumental Xibe language curriculum goals , neglect of the nation 's traditional culture nurtured ; curriculum design is not good to take care of the the Xibe students cognitive characteristics , from the the Xibe students real life ; few hours arrangements , there is no uniform teaching schedule , teaching effect is difficult to investigate . The above problem stems from the national culture and national psychology, understanding of national education and awareness of the serious shortage of . Should pay full attention to the the Xibe cultural traditions inherent in the rich educational value , interest and practicality combine in accordance with the scientific and thoughtful unified , combining the principles of nationality and pluralism , special events , community and school ways of cooperation , the vivid history of national biography story , unique cultural festival etiquette outstanding national figure deeds and precious natural landscapes and human remains , etc., pedagogy processing , to become the national language curriculum resources .
