\Although educators agree that teachers education reform is the key to success in the classroom practice factors (Yero, 2002), the education and training of university teachers in the field of autonomous learning has generally been overlooked. Traditional teacher training under the influence of the objectivist view of knowledge, often take a top-down training mode, teaching teachers \caused by different levels of prior knowledge and belief system of self-learning concept and different levels of understanding. In fact, every teacher, the nature of knowledge and access to, the nature of learning and the outbreak has its own definition of \Their understanding of the problems of teaching the nature of teacher-student roles, even the essence of education with a personal touch in turn affect the interpretation of knowledge and learning, and lead to a variety of teaching behavior. In order to effectively implement the principle of autonomous learning teaching, teachers should constructivist view of knowledge under the guidance explore the \The so-called \The independent study found that the concept of personal significance will lead to the restructuring of teachers 'knowledge system and the teachers' belief system, thereby giving rise to the teachers on strategies and behavior change. By the survey team of two teachers of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the data obtained a teacher oral interviews and reflective journals, found that teachers on the concept of personal significance of learner autonomy construct can not rely on the traditional top-down training mode , and based on reflective practice in order to speed up this process. Because teachers 'practical knowledge teachers truly believe in the teaching activities, independent study and practice of the construction of knowledge must be based on teaching practice, to reflect the shift from the surface to the deep, and thus promote the significance of the discovery of individual teachers to help teachers' understanding of new concepts. In addition, the authors prove the correctness and validity of the Stanley reflection mode five stages, and teacher autonomy and student self-development are inextricably linked. Organize relevant training of teachers, the education sector should pay attention to the teachers the knowledge and belief system to guide teachers in reflective practice to construct a personal understanding of the new concept.
