Abstract


Basic education teacher-student relationship as a basic teaching activities, the most important relationship has always been of great concern for educational researchers. The relationship between teachers and students not only affect the implementation of educational activities and teaching goals, but also an important impact on the physical and mental development of students. However, in previous studies, most of them only from the point of view of the teacher-student relationship in China to seek a strategy to promote the development of the relationship between teachers and students, but they ignore the comparative perspective from home and abroad to study the relationship between teachers and students. This article take a comparative approach, a comprehensive comparative study of Sino-US basic education teacher-student relationship. Revelation draw some meaningful comparison, for the development of China's basic education teacher-student relationship. The thesis consists of four major components. The first part, Introduction. The part that the topics of the reason, the analysis of the status of the study, the significance of the study is clear, and described the innovation of this paper. The second part, theoretical overview of the relationship between teachers and students. From the connotation of the teacher-student relationship, teacher-student relations and interpersonal theory, the relationship between teachers and students understanding of the course of development and the impact on education and the basic characteristics of the new relationship between teachers and students, the teacher-student relationship theory expounded. The third part of the Sino-US Comparative Study of basic education teacher-student relationship. Specific manifestations, from the status quo of Sino-US basic education teacher-student relationship, teacher-student relationship of the two countries' basic education teachers and students to develop Sino-US basic education teacher-student relationship. Analyzed on the basis of the differences of the two countries' basic education teacher-student relationship, and differences in the formation of basic education teachers and students in China-US relations from the perspective of history and culture, education system, teachers and students, such as macro-and micro influencing factors and reasons compared. The fourth part, the comparison of the Sino-US relationship between teachers and students of basic education in the revelation of China's basic education teacher-student relationship. First, to build a culture of respect for teachers love students on campus. Second, building evaluation system formed to promote a good relationship between teachers and students. Third, to further strengthen the building of the quality of teachers. Fourth, to explore ways of teaching for student learning and development. Fifth, to enhance students' active construction of awareness of good teacher-student relationship. Sixth, strengthen the education of the schools, parents and the community together. Seventh, expand Sino-foreign educational exchanges. Final conclusion: the construction of a new relationship between teachers and students of basic education in China must proceed from China's national conditions. On this basis, to learn of the essence of the relationship between teachers and students of basic education in the United States, and the advantages of the two countries for basic education teacher-student relationship together, in order to promote the cause of reform and development of China's basic education.
