Objective To investigate the main factors of male juvenile delinquency, and to provide a theoretical basis for conducting juvenile delinquency prevention and coping strategies. Methods A case-control study of 137 cases of male juvenile offenders, juvenile detention Hunan case group to the same area as the control group, 145 cases of male adolescents in school using a general questionnaire and Adolescent Life Event Scale, Coping Style Scale the Chinese version of the Family Environment Scale, Social Support Scale, Personality Diagnostic Questionnaire survey, the use of non-parametric tests, two independent samples t-test and stepwise discriminant analysis of the data conducted by univariate and multivariate analysis, screening affect juvenile crime risk factors. Results of the univariate analysis results show that: the juvenile delinquents negative life events total and partial factor (interpersonal relationships, health, adaptation, other negative events), immature coping styles (self-blame, fantasy, retreat) payable rationalization way, the contradictory nature of the family, the personality defects (paranoid type, split, split, hysteria, narcissistic, borderline, antisocial, avoidant, dependent, compulsive, passive aggressive, depressive ) on the score and the proportion of family breakdown were higher learning in the educational level, negative life events, the stress factor, mature coping styles (problem-solving, help), part of the family environment factors (intimacy, culture , organization), social support (subjective support, objective support, utilization of support) score were lower than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (p lt; 0.05). 2 multi-factor analysis of the results showed that: the crime as to whether or categorical variables, stepwise discriminant analysis, and ultimately found the interpersonal relationships and healthy adaptation negative life events, coping styles remorse, the contradictory nature of the family environment, objective support subjective support, utilization of support, antisocial personality, forced personality, passive aggressive personality and ultimately into the discriminant equation, resulting discriminant equation total correct rate of 92.2%.
