Abstract


The essence of digital campus is to realize effective integration, conformity, optimization of various resources and achieve optimization and harmony of college administration with the measure of informationization by campus and educational management department. The online examination and approval and notification system is a very important part of digital campus.In traditional online examination and approval and notification systems, the examination and approval based on static workflow can not modify the living workflow process and rapidly response requirement changes. Introducing dynamic workflow is sorely needed. Furthermore, leaders of college or branches have to log on the system with computer to finish examination and approval, the results of examination and approval are sent to correlative staff one by one. A new technology is sorely needed to realize office collaboration of leaders of college or branches. For example, they may finish document examination and approval by mobiles, approved bulletin, notification and new should be conveniently and speedily sent to correlative staff.In order to solve above problems, the thesis researches on and implements dynamic workflow sub-system and SMS sub-system, which are integrated with SOA technology. This new system agilely implements online examination and approval and instantaneous notification of approved bulletin, notification and new with office collaboration. The mainly work include the following content:(1) A new dynamic workflow sub-system is researched on and implemented. The sub-system can monitor the process of workflow, instantaneously check and trace view, which may help administrator to rapidly locate and solve the problems in workflow, and provide conveniences for workflow optimization.(2) A new SMS (Short Message Service Platform) sub-system is researched on and implemented. In low-level, its communication modular utilizes Mscomm component to implement the serial communication between computer and cell phone, utilizes AT command to implement the cell phone control and SMS receiving and sending operation, the PDU (Protocol Data Unit) format analysis, SMS content, cell phone number, SMSC number, timestamp encoding and decoding. In high-level, in order to improve cross-platform communication capacity and high compatibility of this system, the thesis introduces SOA technology. The main idea is to envelope low-level contents into Web Service and provide high quality services for user, which helps to implement professional and customizable purpose.(3) SOA is used to envelope "the capacity of instantaneous notification" into Web service interface, this interface is cross-platform and cross-network communication and can be invoked, it is seamlessly integrated with dynamic workflow sub-system. Web service collaboration technology is used to really realize online examination and approval and instantaneous notification in digital campus.
