The the customs supervision reality contradiction is not in the limited time to all cargo inspection check . Infrastructure is relatively backward in the customs inspection required data are not available , the test means relatively backward , conversion regulatory philosophy and mode is an effective means to improve the efficiency of customs supervision . The customs supervision information system can be based on the actual local situation , such as human , capital , technology , allow differentiation construction , but the data must be unified interface unified package . The Customs regional integration regulatory system must be original main business systems analysis , proper selection of strict supervision . How to take full advantage of the resources of the existing information systems , low cost , open and flexible enterprise application integration system , the key to the Customs regulatory information . Service-oriented architecture (SOA) to various functional modules packaged into Web services is not only easy - to - use of existing resources , and business sensitivity , able to respond quickly to the face of the future process reengineering , organizational changes . In this paper, background, customs supervision to examine how limited resources customs supervision , and selected the appropriate regulatory mode , complete the the Customs regional integration regulatory system electronic technology , the face of regional integration in order to achieve the customs supervision efficiency . In the analysis and comparison of all seven of today's regulatory approach in a variety of regulatory approaches to select the the relatively the mature regulatory coarse way more suitable for today's customs supervision status quo .
