With the communication network to broadband , intelligent , comprehensive , personalized direction , value-added services more and more attention by virtue of the public telecommunication network resources and other communication equipment and development of additional communication services , so that the original network economic benefits or increased functional value . Which is the most common form of SMS value-added services . In 2008 after the reorganization of the telecommunications , the former China Unicom's CDMA users to switch to managed by China Telecom , which makes the service providers need to make the appropriate changes to adapt to the needs of users under the new conditions . SMS gateway access equipment service provider in order to use the SMS function of the carriers used for access to the operator's SMS gateway devices . SMS gateway access devices through the use of a carrier gateway protocol gateway operators interconnect SMS gateway access equipment , a good protection of service providers to provide high-quality SMS value-added services . This paper designs and implements a transponder - based optimization , enhanced Web Service SMS gateway service access equipment , needed to build a system environment , and the completion of all coding and debugging work . Arrangement of the paper , the paper first introduces SMS development of value-added services and SMS gateway access protocol , and then describes the overview of the existing SMS gateway access equipment , based on the existing network environment the overall architecture of the new gateway access equipment is designed and implemented to introduce the improvement and implementation of the various parts of the concrete realization of the new SMS gateway access equipment in the final process .
