Abstract


After entering into the WTO, the competition between service providers in China has intensified. The quality of network has become a critical factor for service providers. In the future network optimization will become a very important task. At present, service providers mainly concern about how to dig the maximum potential of present network by optimizing.The goal of network performance analysis system is to improve and maintain network quality and operation environment and improves telecom operators’Public image and enable the enterprises more competitive and Provides strong support for sustainable development. It provides operation analysis and decision support for telecom operators in terms of analyzing key mobile network performance instructions and trends, find out the network bottleneck and the reason, describe the network Occupation state of different service, provide operation analysis and decision support for telecom operator, which are main issues that telecom operators must face with. Data warehouse Technology provides an ideal solution for the issues above. reasons causing network exceptions, impact of business development on network resources.According to the demands of mobile network operation management, mobile network performance analysis system is designed and implemented. In the thesis, the author researches the Business Intelligence Technique which is based on the Practice of mobile network Performance data analysis system built in Jiangsu Unicom Headquarters, The article discuses the data warehouse technology deeply. This Paper mainly carries on the following several works:1. To expound the necessity to set up the mobile performance data analysis support system on the basis of data warehouse.2. To introduce in detail the mobile network management system, and analyze the main questions which the data analysis support system faces. This paper not only sets up the workflow model which Traditional relation model cannot describe, but also develops the ETL workflow Visually based on it using the current relative popular technology-IS Package. In the paper, we propose the total design of the fiat file data Processing through the use of control flow components and data flow components in the IS Package technology. Otherwise, we implement the component modules of data cleaning and data conversion and accomplish the extraction, transformation and load Processing of data from support system to data warehouse. To introduce in detail the data warehouse and the OLAP technology.3. To introduce in detail the architecture design, the analysis topic design, the logical model design, and the physical model design of the system.4. To explain the realization of the data Processing and the GUI.
