Abstract


With the rise of high-rise buildings, the elevator has become an indispensable means of transport, no room、small room、no gears、integration and remote monitoring technology will be the main research direction of the elevator industry for the next few years. Diversity、intelligent and environmental protection will be the development direction of the elevator. This paper presents a CAN-based integrated elevator drive controller, which can effectively achieve the requirements above.This thesis first analysis the optimal control strategy of high torque low speed permanent magnet synchronous motor as a gearless elevator traction machine, established the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, on this basis , we analysis the id=0 vector control strategy of a permanent magnet synchronous motor and the way to implement it. Next we analysis the way to detect the velocity and position of the motor with cosine encoder, and the method to subdivide the cosine signal . Compensation of the dead time in resolving the problem of torque ripple which occurred when the motor run in low speed . In addition we studied the application of CAN bus in elevator drive control system and design of its interface circuit. Finally, the design of hardware circuit of elevator integrated controller was analyzed.
