Abstract


China and the World Bank's cooperation began in 1980 . 30 years, the cooperation between the two sides mainly to capital loans , supplemented by knowledge cooperation . However, with the economic strength of our country , the World Bank funds banks are weakening , the growing role of the knowledge bank . Cooperation strategy based capital loans can no longer meet the needs of economic and social development in China . How to reposition the World Bank Knowledge Bank to take full advantage of the knowledge resources of the World Bank to become a serious problem of our country in cooperation with the World Bank for China's reform and development services . With the deepening of China's reform , some deep-seated contradictions began to appear. The resolution of these contradictions need not only financial support, more important is the development of experience , support the development of knowledge . The World Bank has extensive knowledge and practical experience . By adjusting our strategy of cooperation with the World Bank , more knowledge - oriented cooperation , the formation of lending and knowledge of both the \This paper first reviews the proposed process of the World Bank's Knowledge Bank defines the concept of a knowledge bank , the analysis of the form and function of knowledge of the performance of banks . Summing up the course of our cooperation with the World Bank knowledge , the analysis of the main content of the knowledge of cooperation and specific ways . Analysis of financial role in advancing the knowledge of China and the World Bank cooperation , summed up the experience of working knowledge . In this paper, the development of the three angles from the status quo of China's development , financial and scientific and meticulous management business and the World Bank argued the need to strengthen our cooperation with the World Bank knowledge . On this basis , should speed up the knowledge cooperative business development proposal . The same time , the role of finance in the knowledge - based cooperation put forward a four-point fiscal policy recommendations to strengthen knowledge collaboration platform and window role of the World Bank : to continue to play a variety of ways to improve the knowledge of the effects of cooperation , deepen the two sides of the development of weak links knowledge cooperation and continue to increase the international transfer of intelligence to the local .
