Abstract


Today's world, information systems become a national operation, business operations critical infrastructure sectors of the national economy must rely on the support of information systems, information resources and information technology in the national economic security strategy in the position highlighted. At the same time, the network economy era of network information generated as a new economic form, is becoming a major pillar of national economic growth. As the network economy is growing, its information security issues become increasingly manifest, to establish and improve information security system a top priority. Current international economic security in the national security strategy in an important position has been clearly recognized, but not yet on the economic security and consistent understanding of the meaning of the formation. This article from the traditional sense of the national economic security extended to the economic security of network information age, the U.S., Europe, Russia and other countries with significant representatives of the existing economic and regional security policies and network information security policy analysis, for our government to protect information security, network economy analyzed the current situation and with the policies of other countries made a comparative study of the theory of reference to domestic and foreign scholars, according to the network information security and the economy of the five attributes: availability, reliability, integrity, confidentiality and non-repudiation, summed up our government in the protection of economic information network security aspects of the main problems and challenges: one, the U.S. hegemony on China's information network security challenges two economic information, information technology inherent flaws and loopholes on China Network security challenges three economic information, information technology, lack of autonomy and economic information on China's network security challenges 4, cyber-terrorism and economic information on China's network security challenges 5, virus, hacker attacks, information warfare and cyber crime activities our network security challenges six economic information, information networks theft activities on our network security challenges of economic information paper uses an interdisciplinary research methods, literature analysis, comparative analysis, qualitative analysis and other methods, the country's economic security, information security, crisis management and other aspects of the situation analysis to identify the existing problems, and from the national institutional system, public administration and other aspects of government policy in strengthening the protection of economic information network security measures: 1, the establishment of protected information network economy safety legal system; 2, the establishment of information security to protect the network economy the government management system; 3, the establishment of information security to protect the network infrastructure of economic security system; 4, the establishment of information security to protect the network economy technology and personnel security system; 5, to strengthen international cooperate to promote economic information network security establishment of international mechanisms.
