Abstract


More than ten years , China's online travel booking channels development process has gone through three stages , in order to direct the main stage to the main stage and the current distribution in which the direct sales, distribution conflicting phase. Author first to China online travel booking channel conflict situation were summarized ; channel and then use the theory of knowledge summed up the formation of the channel conflict motives : interests between channel members to continuously reduce the interdependence , mutual interest between channel members differences in expanding channels imperfect internal mechanism and structure , channel changes in the external environment and impacts ; followed by the use of game theory to this conflict , analyzed , and an example Hanting Hotel Chain empirical research and analysis ; Finally, the author was out on our online travel booking channel conflict coping strategies , from upstream suppliers and intermediary travel booking site common perspective and individual perspective , take a series of concrete measures to achieve a win-win management channels and their respective maximum win .
