With the rapid economic development of Shaanxi Province and the implementation of the policy of \role. Currently, road transport in Shaanxi Province is facing the dual pressures of the quantity and quality of transport , to solve the \road passenger demand analysis , Shaanxi Province, highway passenger volume prediction seems imminent . The amount of road passenger transportation management departments to develop the operating plan , configure line capacity , scheduling an important basis for the management of the vehicle . This article is based on comparative research status , the road passenger demand generation mechanism , the formation characteristics and classification features more in-depth and theoretical analysis of the system , the the build demand generation principle model ; analysis in Shaanxi Province based on road passenger data from three angles of the passenger traffic , trip purpose , and passenger transportation objective expounded the basic condition of the Shaanxi Provincial Highway passenger , focusing on analysis of Shaanxi Province road passenger demand factors , including the sources of resistance factors and influences factors; overview of a common passenger traffic forecasting methods , two aspects from the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis focusing on the analogy of the Delphi method , the method of the crossover probability and time series prediction method , combined with the actual needs of the characteristics of the Shaanxi Provincial Highway passenger and this article , select multiple regression analysis and forecasting techniques as the prediction method ; explore the various factors and passenger traffic between the quantitative relationship through multiple regression analysis , and Shaanxi Province, 2009 to 2016 , highway passenger volume trends to make objective predictions , and verify the prediction method feasibility and rationality of the model . Finally , highway passenger volume prediction based on the combination of the vision and the Program for the Development of Shaanxi Province, the development of road transport , from reality, how to deal with five kinds of measures such passenger traffic trends conditions .
