Abstract


IFC is the most typical features of the financial industry is highly developed, the financial sector was significantly different from the traditional service industries characterized in that it is a high quality investment in human capital as the most important , is a typical knowledge-intensive services, financial services driven the development of other knowledge and technology-intensive service industries. Therefore, the international financial center in the formation and development process, often accompanied by the optimization of the internal structure of the modern service industry , that is, from the traditional labor-intensive to a knowledge- and technology-intensive service industries modern service changes. Firstly, demand creation and supply of factors from two aspects discussed international financial centers of the five modern service industry structure optimization effect, namely capital factor supply effect , optimize the allocation of capital effects on the industrial structure of the crowding-out effect , complementarity and income effects . To further prove the correctness of the above conclusion , this paper support the theory of financial development , the choice of Hong Kong and Singapore as a case analysis, testing the formation of an international financial center optimization and upgrading of the internal structure of the service industry effects , and on this basis , through the metering empirical test , and further proof of the international financial center to promote the optimization and upgrading of modern service industry argument reliability. Finally, the paper on the construction of Shanghai international financial center service industry restructuring may occur a number of recommendations .
