Abstract


With the advance of the consumers’requirements of the food quality, food safety has become the central issue in our society. In the recent years, we carry out the food market access policy, develop the mandatory certification of pollution-free foods, adopt the Food safety project, which indicate that our government pay a lot attention to the build of food safety management system. However, the events occurred in the field of food production frequently in these years, which make us taking a dim view of our food safety. People even don’t know what can eat. Making a general survey of our food industry, the number of big enterprises is very small, and the number of the small company has a certain percentage of total, which make it difficult for government to supervise. On this background, the article researches a serious of problems on the supervision of small food company from the actuality of enterprises in the field of food production, and propose a lot of specific measures, which can provide a reference to the supervision of small company in the field of food production.The article consists of five parts. The first part is introduction, which defines the concept of small company and introduces the context, significance, methods, and innovation of the research. The second part introduces the situation of supervision on the small company. The third part is based on the legal system, government, company and consumer, which point out the problems on the small company supervision. The forth part is about the case study and experience drawing on. This part is researching the case of a bean production company in Shanghai, and seeking the advanced experience overseas. The fifth part advances the measures and suggestions on the small company supervision on the base of government and good governance.
