Abstract


With the deepening of China 's reform and opening up and the market structure change after accession to the WTO , foreign projects growing number of increasingly fierce competition in the international construction market , the level of project management requirements are also increasing . Construction industry project management model in the rapidly deep-seated change and improve the international emergence of a new project management model . The introduction of foreign advanced project management mode , it is bound to impact and the impact on the construction industry in China , the international project management mode becomes very urgent and necessary . We need to combine the status quo of China 's project management , system analysis and study of foreign advanced project management mode , to absorb and learn from abroad is more applicable to the management ideas and management models , and ultimately identify the mode of management of the project in line with China 's national conditions . In -depth and detailed analysis on a variety of advanced project management mode based on China 's national conditions and the actual development of the project , for our current problems in the application of project management mode and weaknesses of the project choice of management mode , it is recommended that the promotion of two new combined mode WDD-B partnering mode and PMC Partnering mode , which is the innovation of this paper . Depth theoretical analysis of these two new combined mode , pointed out that the value of these two new models in the practice of project management , and to lay the foundation for the mature and improve project management work for the construction industry in China . Project managers recognize the importance and necessity of the project management mode research discussed in this article , you can make the mode of the proposed new project management portfolio , help to improve the competitiveness of China 's construction enterprises , construction enterprises in China respond to the incentives of the domestic and international construction market competition has a certain practical significance .
