Abstract

Magnetic materials as one of the oldest research directions in the field of materials science , has been widely used in information materials , industrial control , electronics, biotechnology, and the field of catalysis in academia and industry , and thus give rise to a wide range of highly dynamic interest in the study . However, with the considerable progress achieved in the field of materials science , the traditional magnetic materials in the development process of the gradual emergence of poor processing performance , high-temperature oxidation resulting magnetic weakened nanoscale can easily reunion shortcomings easy . Of this thesis is the above problems , the surface chemistry of inorganic magnetic filler into the central idea of ??combining phthalocyanine polymer -rich chemical reactivity as well as high temperature, high strength and high modulus excellent structural performance of a kinds of high-temperature synthetic preparation of polymer magnetic composites , structural characterization and material application system , the main content of the study are as follows : 1 . according to the inherent nature of the phthalocyanine ring iron double phthalonitrile monomer and magnetic carbonyl groups particles prepared a iron phthalocyanine magnetic polymer matrix resin , chemical reactions , material preparation and structure characterization were studied systematically . Surface chemical functionalization . Together by surface chemical bonding of the inorganic filler carbonyl iron processing , further reaction with iron phthalocyanine organic magnetic resin to prepare organic-inorganic hybrid materials . First, the compounds of the design model to the chemical reaction mechanism of the system of phthalocyanine iron matrix resin and the inorganic particles surface-treated layer ; followed by processing of the interface reaction between the inorganic particles in the surface layer and the matrix resin , prepared in the success of a high temperature phthalocyanine phthalocyanine based magnetic composites . Preparation and characterization of iron phthalocyanine / nano composite ferromagnetic features . Interfacial reaction has been established according to the chemical principles , the chemical bond between the first through benzoxazine monomers of the carboxylic acid group and the surface of the nanoscale iron iron ions to achieve chemical functional nanoparticles , and then through the benzoxazin Phthaldialdehyde carbonitrile can be reactive , prepared by a better dispersion of iron phthalocyanine / nano - ferromagnetic composites . Detailed study of the synthesis of functional polymer nanocomposites preparation , structural characterization and electromagnetic properties .
