With the continuous development of mobile communications , trunking communication as a dedicated mobile communication technology has been more widely used , especially for some special groups or departments of communication . With the increasing demand of the users of the cluster business due to the limited resources of the time slot of the TD-SCDMA cluster system , code channel power , easily lead to overload the system load , resulting in the instability of the user communication . This requires , on the basis of the TD-SCDMA mobile communication system load control algorithm , consider the special cluster business research applicable to the cluster system load control strategies , to ensure that the system is capable of normal and stable work . Based on TD-SCDMA mobile communication system load control algorithm for cluster traffic burst strong , easily lead to system overload characteristics , load control strategies focus on TD-SCDMA cluster system . To fully consider the interference impact on system performance between groups , improved preventive load control algorithm , the proposed the interference prediction based load control algorithm . This algorithm is dynamically adjusted by the the rated current system interference level to the threshold of the interference control , so as to achieve the role of the control load , and overload slot to the load processed in the algorithm introduced the slot load balancing , AMR deceleration method of combining , in order to guarantee the communication quality and effective utilization of the system resources of the group . In this paper, the method of dynamic system simulation , in order to better assess the performance of the TD-SCDMA the cluster system load control algorithm , to build TD-SCDMA the cluster system dynamic simulation platform to simulate the characteristics of reality cluster network . In this paper, the load control algorithm through the platform specific simulation analysis on different overload treatment measures for comparison , the simulation results show that the load control algorithm improves the performance of the system in the same time ensure that the system is stable ,
