In recent years, wireless communication in people's daily life and social development process play an increasingly important role, which also makes high-speed development of wireless communication technology. However, the wireless communications rely on radio spectrum resources, while the frequency is a very limited natural resources. Existing spectrum allocation is unreasonable, resulting in a very scarce spectrum resources, low utilization of licensed bands. Recent studies focus cognitive radio (CR) technology, without allocating a fixed spectrum, the idle band occupied communication through the perception of the surrounding electromagnetic environment, improved spectrum utilization, and is considered to be the best technique to solve the above problems. The power control technology is one of the key technologies of wireless communication is CR. Reasonable to adjust the transmit power of user, it is necessary to guarantee the normal communication of an authorized user, but also to meet the communication needs of cognitive users. Collaborative communication technologies, on the other hand, in recent years, rapid development, the basic idea is that the wireless network with each other for the other forwarding information, in order to obtain greater spatial diversity. In this paper, the CR system based cooperative relay power allocation problem, the premise to ensure that does not affect the normal communication of an authorized user, maximize communication efficiency, taking into account the fairness among users, in order to achieve better user transmit power optimization to improve network throughput amount. Of this research include cognitive radio hardware and software in two parts, the main work and innovations are as follows: The first part focuses on the use of power control technology to improve the performance of the wireless communication system. First of all, on the basis of the control algorithm based on a cognitive radio spectrum sensing opportunity power cooperative communication decoding forwarding mode conjunction therewith, a new decoding forwarding-based opportunities for cognitive radio power control algorithm. Simulation results show that the broader the scope of the application of the algorithm can improve spatial diversity based on increase system throughput. Secondly, the proposed non-cooperative game model based Goodman, through improved cost function proposed one for CR power control game algorithm and prove its Nash equilibrium existence and uniqueness. The simulation shows that compared the new algorithm with several classical non-cooperative game algorithm not only effectively reduce the transmit power, improve the user's income, and has good convergence delay require a higher CR system very . The second part of the study of cognitive radio hardware platform, and verify the theoretical results.
