Abstract


Amides with simple synthesis, structure and ligand end group changeable and adjustable characteristics of the rare earth ions have a better ability to identify ligands, the paper ends by changing the ligand design and synthesis of functional groups out of the 13 new benzophenone amide derivatives as well as 10 kinds of novel structure and good fluorescence properties of rare-earth organic complexes. Its research work is divided into the following four parts: (1) benzamide as a basic skeleton, six new synthesized ester group-containing benzamide derivative [N-benzyl-2 - (substituted acyloxy) benzamide] by 1H NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy and other methods of target compounds and intermediates were characterized. (2) synthesized N-benzyl-2 - (substituted acyloxy) benzamide as ligand, Eu (Ⅲ) ion as the center, six new synthesized europium-N-benzyl-2 - (substituted acyloxy) benzamide fluorescent complexes. By EDTA titrimetric analysis, molar conductance, elemental analysis, IR, UV and thermal analysis to determine the target structure and composition of complexes; studied using fluorescence spectrometer target complexes fluorescence properties. Experimental results show that: Six-ester group-containing compound N-benzyl-2 - (substituted acyloxy) benzamide and Eu ions can form stable complexes, europium-N-benzyl-2 - (benzoyl oxy) benzamide, europium-N-benzyl-2 - (p-methylbenzoyl) benzamide, europium-N-benzyl-2 - (p-chloro-benzoyloxy) benzoic amides, europium-N-benzyl-2 - (p-methoxybenzoyl) benzamide and Eu-N-benzyl-2 - (m-chlorobenzoyl) benzamide etc. 5 issued europium complexes characteristic red fluorescence, good color, fluorescence intensity; Eu-N-benzyl-2 - (phenylacetyl) benzamide given ligand complexes N-benzyl-2 - (phenylacetoxy) benzamide green fluorescence studies have shown that differences in the structure of the complex leads to complexes of different fluorescent colors. (3) benzamide as a basic skeleton, seven new synthesis of imino group-containing benzamide derivative [N-benzyl-2 - (aryl-imino methoxy-carbamoyl)-benzamide] by 1H NMR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy and other methods of target compounds and intermediates were characterized. (4) synthesized by N-benzyl-2 - (aryl carbamoyl methoxy-imino) benzamide as ligand, Eu (Ⅲ) ion as the center, four new synthesis of europium-N - benzyl-2 - (aryl carbamoyl methoxy-imino-yl) benzamide fluorescent complexes. 7 kinds of compounds containing an imino group, only N-benzyl-2 - (imino-nitrophenyl carbamoyl-methoxy) benzamide, N-benzyl-2 - (amino-imino-Methoxyphenyl formyl-methoxy) benzamide, N-benzyl-2 - (p-hydroxyphenyl imino-carbamoyl-methoxy) benzamide, N-benzyl-2 - (phenyl methoxy-imino-carbamoyl yl) benzamide 4 kinds to the central europium ions to form stable complexes, the results showed that four kinds of fluorescence spectrum of the fluorescence emitted from the complex as a ligand fluorescence, such perturbation of europium luminescence intensity increases ligand.
