Abstract

The paper summarizes the latest research progress of supercapacitors status quo at home and abroad and supercapacitor electrode material, and the preparation of a supercapacitor electrode material. Ordered mesoporous carbon material with a regular arrangement, large specific surface area, etc. This article will orderly mesoporous carbon (CMK-3) and polyaniline composite prepared CMK-3/PANI of composite electrode materials, and mesoporous carbon supercapacitor electrode material assembled hybrid capacitor. Study its electrochemical properties as a supercapacitor electrode materials, specific research contents are as follows: 1. Ordered mesoporous carbon material as a template prepared SBA-15 and CMK-3 surface modified using a nitric acid solution and modification. The system unmodified CMK-3 (p-CMK-3) and modified CMK-3 (m-CMK-3), morphology, pore size and pore size distribution. And electrochemical properties of mesoporous carbon test analysis, the results showed that, prepared CMK-3 with a two-dimensional ordered hexagonal structure, the structural integrity of the uniform and with a high degree of order, pore size distribution is mainly distributed in the 2 ~ 8nm about to 1206m2 / g and 1.38cm3 / g specific surface area and the size of the pore volume, respectively. CMK-3 having the best performance of the electric double layer capacitor, up to 145F / g. CMK-3 surface modification HN03 solution, the capacitance of the performance has been significantly improved, up to 200 F / g. The 2 modified CMK-3 (m-CMK-3) as a carrier was added, by a chemical oxidation method PANI, was prepared m-CMK-3/PANI composites. By SEM, cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge method and AC impedance method to study the structure and electrochemical properties of the composite electrode materials. The study results showed that the PANT particles coated on the carbon fiber bundle of the carrier m-CMK-3, loose structure of the composite was a three-dimensional porous structure, so that the increase in porosity, permeability, improved help to promote the diffusion of active ions in the electrolyte to the electrode surface and are rather, the redox reaction occurs, produce large Faraday pseudocapacitive. m-CMK-3 content of 30 wt%, m-CMK-3/PANI composites than the capacity of up to 489 F / g. m-CMK-3 unique pore structure, large specific surface area and surface activity in m-CMK-3/PANI composite structure from the important role of the active substance PANI more dispersed, improve utilization and recycling of PANI stability. 3 in order to further improve the power characteristics: m-CMK-3/PANI composite material in the application of super-capacitors and energy density, improve the m-CMK-3/PANI cycle stability of the composite material. The composite cathode material, together with the mesoporous carbon CMK-3 negative and 1mol / L H2SO4 and 1 mol / L NaNO3 electrolyte assembly electrochemical hybrid capacitor, the hybrid capacitor voltage increased to 1.4V, 1 mol / L H2SO4 capacitance 87.4F / g. After electrochemical testing, charging and discharging of 5mA/cm2 current density and 1.4V potential under the conditions, the power density of the capacitor is 206W/kg, energy density of 23.8Wh/kg. 1mol / L NaNO3, the energy density of the hybrid capacitor attenuation is small in the high-power case, an attenuation of about 10% after 1000 cycles capacity, charge-discharge efficiency is maintained at about 96%, showing good super capacitor characteristics.
