Abstract


With the development of broadband telecommunications networks, along with the evolution of the city of optical network, end bandwidth of home broadband users in China is gradually shifting from ADSL mode upgrade to FTTH mode. China Telecom operators have such a high-bandwidth network of high-quality family, in addition to be able to provide users with more traditional Internet business, but also for the user what to do? China Telecom in providing more and more \broadband pipes, whether in-depth content providers and multimedia services, opening up new business growth and product model. At the same time, triple play quietly into everyone's horizons. How organic fusion of the telecommunications network, the Internet, and radio and television networks, and has become a new topic of the communications industry. IPTV service is the technology and industry background quietly onto the stage. Since 2007, Jiangxi Telecom began a pilot IPTV services, officially put into operation until December 2009, Jiangxi Telecom IPTV services has been exploring and advancing. To this end, Jiangxi Telecom has been how to build and optimize the network of the IPTV system doing active attempt. Therefore, based on the construction of Jiangxi Telecom IPTV system project, the construction of a complete IPTV system network design and implementation of the program, according to the actual situation and needs. First, according to the actual needs of commercial IPTV system officially begin the design work, Telecom IPTV system network construction design thinking and design, including an analysis of the status quo of Jiangxi Telecom carrier network, IPTV bearer network analysis and design, analysis and design of IPTV group broadcast network. IPTV bearer network, according to the design of the service access network design, including the IP address of IPTV services design, design of authentication methods, the VLAN design as well as the analysis and discussion of the various access scenarios. Third, regarding the safety and reliability of the IPTV bearer network design analysis and proposed solutions. Fourth, a number of key technical issues for the system, carried out a detailed discussion and analysis of the ideas and solutions. Finally, it is pointed out that the work made herein innovation, characteristics, as well as the need to continue efforts. The platform design and construction has been completed and has been put into use. Jiangxi Telecom as the first in the country TCP hosted IPTV2.0 platform and simultaneously access a number of set-top box IPTV (?) Service platform, and will continue to explore all kinds of new problems and new technologies.
