Abstract


With the development of wireless network technology , 3G network technology is universal access to the rapidly growing demand for more and more based on the 3G network . In recent years, the amount of information people are no longer satisfied with the traditional phone business is too small , not enough rich visual experience , the rapid growth in demand for mobile video , mobile TV , video telephony even fancier purpose richer visual experience business . Due to the unstable state of the wireless network , the bandwidth capacity is limited , unstable transmission characteristics and the movement of the mobile terminal brings difficulty to the guarantee of the quality of service of mobile streaming media business . First, mobile streaming media applications in bandwidth allocation problem . Given a limited wireless network bandwidth mobile streaming media user quality of service constraints , based on hierarchical multiple description coding dynamic bandwidth allocation strategy . Secondly , mobile streaming data scheduling strategy . Node motion characteristics of mobile streaming data scheduling strategy , the node data scheduling and cell switching node data scheduling within the district . Data for cell switching scheduling involves the choice of the wireless access point to additional research , given a suitable mobile streaming media applications of wireless access point selection strategies . Verified by theoretical analysis , a given bandwidth allocation strategy is based on the user QOS fair data scheduling strategy for data transmission reliability improvement , improve the system 's service capacity . Simulation results show that the given bandwidth allocation strategy to protect the user 's quality of service based on the increase wireless network bandwidth utilization , and also reduce the system blocking rate . Simulation results show that given the wireless access point selection strategy to a certain extent a balanced load on the wireless access point to improve the ability of the system to accept node .
