Abstract


Under the situation of economic globalization,improving standard of living, people required more from clothing,housing,food and living,and especially on the comfortable building requirements.In China, the phenomenon of aging population makes the subsistence problem becomes increasingly prominent of the vulnerable group,especially for the old people.The comprehensive welfare home is still our main structure of the social old-age pension and relief. However, it was neglected for so long:this kind of construction were still in low develop level with uncompleted criterion and ordinance that the construction scales and standards were far from our demands.It is worthy for us to look for the balance between architectural and city which coordinates the spaces among the various functional buildings in order to reflect the essence of humanity.In this article, I did field investigation and analysis on domestic typical comprehensive welfare buildings,summed up the practical design principles and method from testing engineering examples.Hopefully, it will be helpful as reference for the functional arrangement of comprehensive welfare home in future.
