Abstract


The power has the dual characteristics of the technology and equipment - intensive enterprise , has an irreplaceable importance of the electricity production process for people's lives . Means of the use of information technology to improve the management level , more and more aroused the attention of the power industry . Through the implementation of information security production process , in order to effectively manage complex electrical equipment to improve the speed of the device defects after eliminating defects and optimize production processes , will play a positive role in the power production safety . The power plant safety production users qualification intelligent management system is to provide a comprehensive access control and rights management support production of intelligent management system for power plant safety . The system uses B / S structure mode , 2D Rights Management , that user - role \more refined , scalability , and convenient features for permission to modify . System using Extensible Markup Language (eXtensible Markup Language, XML) mode for storing the user qualification data , simplifying the relationship between the user's qualification information and permissions , and greatly enhance the practicality of the system . The system according to the user 's own permissions automatically determine whether the logged-on user with the appropriate qualifications and whether the corresponding qualification expired , so as to achieve the purpose to prevent unauthorized users to participate in the management of power plant production . System qualification expired user list will inform management personnel , in order to make adjustments as soon as possible . Flexible permission settings so that the security of the user in the process of power plant production management has been good improvement , while reducing undocumented posts phenomenon in the previous operation , thereby increasing the efficiency of power plant safety production . System through the 2D rights management methods as well as the XML storage technology , combined with the actual demand in the power plant production process to optimize the user information management , rights management , qualification information management , permissions and qualification , and effective solution in the process of production safety unclear responsibilities , management is not fine-grained enough , greatly reducing management costs , improve production safety .
