Abstract


Wetland ecosystems in the terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems over areas, with maintenance of biodiversity, flood storage and prevention of natural disasters, degradation of pollutants, regulation of climate and other functions, the ecological balance of the Earth has an irreplaceable role. Urban wetland as a major type of wetland and urban development are closely related to the production of urban living and offers a variety of natural resources, while also an important ecological function and landscape features.With the accelerated process of urbanization, urban construction and development of wetlands to the city to bring some "disaster", a direct result of urban wetlands and wetland biodiversity to reduce damage. Analyze and summarize the main reasons in the following areas: soil damage and the irrational use of land leading to soil acidification, salinity, serious damage to the wetlands and their natural habitats; environmental damage, waste water, exhaust emissions causing eutrophication lead destruction of aquatic animals and plants; reclaiming land from lakes, this is a direct result of a large area of wetlands to reduce one of the main; river diversions, some of our rivers straightened, engineering, although agricultural production and flood prevention played a role, but wetlands has affected the water supply, leading to reduced lake area. The current national wetland degradation on specific information scarce, very difficult to reach a comprehensive and systematic analysis, but changes in wetland area in recent years can be seen, my wetland resources are facing severe degradation, according to the information 40% of wetlands in China the threat of severe degradation, especially in the past 50 years, accelerated urbanization is leading to wetland area decreased at an alarming rate.Since 1992, China formally joined the "Convention on Wetlands," since the wetland protection and management of victory has been achieved, a large area of wetlands through the establishment of different levels of wetland nature reserves and other measures have been effectively protected. Urban wetlands because of the smaller, more subject to human influence, patch broken serious problems, not conducive to the protection work. Research on urban wetland park in China is still in its infancy, although the construction of urban wetland park in the country there has been some success stories, but there is no urban wetland park build a more sound theoretical guidance system, only a small number of new universities and research institutions awarded the "Urban Wetland Park Planning and Design Guide", most other agencies use the city parks urban planning or general planning approach to planning and urban wetland parks. So while the "protection of wetlands" for the purpose of the organization a lot, urban wetland park construction and management process or there are many problems, mainly in the direction is not clear, there is blindness; excessive emphasis on the participation of people, lack of ecological concepts; architectural style urbanization, and the departure from the other environment. Overall, the urban wetland protection and exploitation remain a blind spot. Therefore, we investigated the characteristics of urban wetland park planning and methods of coordinating the relationship between wetland and urban development at this stage of our urgent need to address the problem.The main contents of this paper include:The Interpretation of wetlands, wetlands, urban wetland in particular the definition and classification of urban wetland park, etc. are described; analysis and comparison of urban wetland and natural wetland, wetland nature reserve, the general similarities and differences between urban parks summarizes the characteristics of urban wetland park; of the relationship between urban wetland park and the city, specifically construction of urban wetland park on the significance of urban development; by analyzing the status of Urban Wetland Park Wetland Park case in some cities at home and abroad, summed up the successful experience and pointed out that the current national development process of urban wetland park some problems and opportunities facing; on the basis of theory to explore urban wetland park planning methods.Innovation of this paper is clearly urban wetland park planning and design should be general urban park planning and design to distinguish:in the general urban park planning and design, follow the "humanity", "people first" philosophy, emphasizing the participation of people; in Urban Wetland Park planning and design, human and biological wetland should be made clear relationship between the primary and secondary, to address the main wetland status, good wetland habitat restoration and reconstruction, so that people, environment and social harmony.In this paper, the characteristics of urban wetland park planning and methods of urban wetland park planning process were also discussed, as the booming construction of urban wetland park provides a theoretical reference.
