With the rapid development of Internet , e-commerce has further into people's lives . The rapid development of the B2C model enterprise for the majority of consumers to bring new consumption patterns . Form of consumer shopping gradually extended to the online store from the traditional brick and mortar store . However, compared to the traditional shopping patterns , the rapid development of the B2C mode with the many inevitable questions . Characteristics due to the virtual network , is very difficult for consumers to distinguish from the network of corporate fraud , as government regulators assume an important regulatory responsibility . Second, unlike a traditional shopping patterns , need to go through the most important aspect is the logistics network of goods from enterprises to consumers . Logistics convenient or not greatly affect the degree of consumer satisfaction , logistics has become a bottleneck in the development of many domestic B2C businesses . At this point , the self-built logistics has become a choice of many large B2C enterprises . This study is divided into three parts , the first part EM2C ( namely, the production of direct marketing ) mode B2C businesses as the research object , the commodity price follows a geometric Brownian motion , constructed between the the EM2C enterprises and the regulators \\Real options model and analytical methods , research supervisor in the fraud by a fine \relations, given the regulatory effectiveness analysis . On the basis of this model , the second part of this paper to consider the exit strategy of the enterprise , given the price range without supervision . Problems for the construction of the logistics platform , the third part of this article by analyzing enterprises in the only building production and trading platform and at the same time building a the logistics platform case of changes in the value of real options analysis given enterprise build logistics platform investment decisions .
