With the rapid development of highway construction , the demand is more and more modern way on the highway management . Highway in the national economy plays a very important role in the research and development of electronic billing software , can have an enormous social and economic benefits , and therefore has a very broad application value and application prospect . In this paper, based on the charges for the highway toll station , designed and implemented an electronic toll collection system . First, the development status and trends of the highway toll system proposed electronic toll collection system design and system architecture , data flow , entity relationship model . In addition, the use of object modeling technology to accomplish the object model , the dynamic model and the functional model of the system , given the function module structure of the electronic toll collection system , and the flow chart visualization software engineering thought . In this paper, the highway electronic toll collection system consists of five subsystems , the toll station management , vehicle management , charging management , personnel management , and system maintenance . The issues raised highway electronic toll collection system based on B / S architecture , the Java language developed in the Eclipse development platform , using the Oracle database . The whole system is built on J2EE framework basis . In addition , the implementation process , using technologies such as JSP, JavaScript , use tomcat as web server . Starting from the actual process of the highway toll station , the principles of software engineering , global business and data model . Proved after the feasibility of the highway electronic toll collection system by system testing method , in accordance with system analysis, system design , system implementation and system testing several steps to gradually complete the electronic toll collection system . Successful application has been obtained by the development of electronic toll system in Dongying, Shandong highway toll station , greatly enhancing the level of integrated management of the highway toll station .
