Abstract

'Gold Flame' Spiraea Rosaceae Spiraea small deciduous shrubs, lush flowers, long flowering period, gorgeous leaves changing, has good ornamental and adaptable in the urban landscape beautification widely used. In this study, the 'Gold Flame' Spiraea 1 year old cutting seedlings as experimental materials to study its physiological indexes under different water stress conditions and the anatomical structure of the organ variation in order to establish the 'Gold Flame' Spiraea Drought Resistance rapid evaluation system, for the screening of water-saving drought tolerance Spiraea and plant material lay the theoretical foundation; provide a scientific basis for both belong to the same plant drought assessment. The main results are as follows: 1, before and after water stress 'Gold Flame' Spiraea leaf anatomical structure was observed, the results are as follows: under different water stress conditions, 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling leaf anatomical structure trends consistent cells gradually becomes smaller, the stomatal density is increased, and stomatal smaller. Therefore, cells and pore size can be used as a 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling plants resistant to water stress rapid assessment indicators. 2, were observed before and after water stress 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling root anatomical structures, the results are as follows: With the increased water stress and time, 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling root gradual evaporation of water, the performance of the internal structure on major vascular bundle deformation, the cross-sectional area of ??xylem vessels narrow, the wood cells gradually disintegrated fragmentation. Therefore, root vascular orderly and wood cell morphology can be used as the 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling plants resistant to water stress rapid assessment indicators. To water stress before and after 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling stem anatomical structures were observed under water stress, mild stress, moderate stress and severe stress, with the stress time, the results are as follows: stem anatomical changes obvious, under mild stress, the basic structure of the stem has been severely damaged, the cell is completely broken. Stem and its structural change is not intended to be used as a 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling plants resistant to water stress rapid evaluation index. 4, according to the 'Gold Flame' Spiraea morphological changes characteristic seedlings under water stress in two ways, the seedlings wilt index is divided into five plants morphological changes are described as follows: 0, neat plant type plants, leaf natural outreach, light green leaves; 1, the top leaves start to curl, leaf discoloration deep, but the lower leaves natural outreach (mild wilting); 2, the top blade is fully cohesion, the plants upper and lower blades start involution, leaves discoloration deep (moderate wilting); 3, the entire leaf curl serious wrinkled, gray-green leaves (severe wilting); 4, completely withered plants. The wilting index can be used as the morphological evaluation under the 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedlings of two water stress. 5, Drought Stress, 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling leaves relative water content, SOD activity, Pro content, soluble protein content, and the content of MDA with remarkable regularity changes, can be used as a 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedlings natural dehydration stress measure. PEG stress, leaf relative water content, soluble sugar content, soluble protein content and the content of MDA with remarkable regularity, can be used as a 'Gold Flame' Spiraea seedling plants resistant to water stress, rapid evaluation, SOD activity and Pro content only can be used as the reference.
