Abstract


Blast Fungus Magnaporthe oryzae and brown planthopper Nilaparvata lugens is the current threat of the two pests of rice production . In this paper, five kinds with different degrees of resistance to rice ( Premium 627 , Jiahe B, Jinliangyou 33 , 9 and T55 Jinyou gifted 627 ) for the test plant varieties studied BPH mediated through effects on the rice paddy the number of lesions blast effects mediated rice blast fungus through effects on fecundity of BPH , egg hatching and feeding choices. BPH study mediated through rice blast fungus on the role of intrusion found : 5 rice varieties through BPH blast number of lesions after treatment were significantly lower than the control . Through the use of needle prick rice mechanical injury, the number of lesions on rice seedlings also generally be fewer, but far less than the reduction of BPH treatment . And BPH treatment -induced resistance to rice blast fungus seedlings degree of intrusion resistant varieties possess levels. In the process of induction of BPH feeding on rice blast fungus produces resistant intrusive role is not only simple physical stimulation. In the rice blast fungus mediated through the role of the brown planthopper, the study found that brown planthopper in rice blast fungus infection of rice seedlings by the feeding , each of the tested cultivars treated BPH fecundity and egg hatch was significantly less than the control . Among them, the gold gifted the 9th fecundity , egg hatching most dramatic decline in the number . Explore its role in BPH hatchability found that while the egg hatchability in Jinliangyou 33 most significant . Different varieties of BPH fecundity and egg hatching reduced rate differences and varieties of the original level of resistance to BPH , blast resistance and low levels had no significant correlation. After the blast fungus infection seedlings selective effect on BPH trials found Goldwell 9 and Jinliangyou 33 two kinds of rice , brown planthopper will prefer feeding on healthy plants , and the remaining three varieties to choose healthy brown planthopper Although many plants , but no statistically significant difference. Can be introduced , would blast the presence of BPH feeding choices have some impact .
