Abstract


From the perspective of information resources management for construction supervision, people have already had one kind of mutual recognition, that is the file resources are the enterprise most precious property”. Now, the file resources are not only the most precious assets, but also should be“the only dynamic property”. Through the managing information files of computer,the paperless work is realized in the daily work through the related information calculation, every item of data is worked out and a good cooperation pattern between the enterprises is found out. Through powerful check and retrieval ,data are searched efficiently。The file management system is an important technology carrier for the management of construction supervision records. During the construction for the new generation of file managing system in many places, users want to strengthen the construction of file supervision information management. For this, the design and implementation of file management system have been finished in Chongqing YuAn supervision engineering consulting limited company .First of all, it can bring advanced file management ideas and methods to enterprises; second, it can also promote the records management standard and help enterprises to reduce management costs. Meanwhile, it is also an useful attempt for fully realizing the construction supervision information management. And it is one of the inseparable parts for the development of enterprises.This thesis tries to provide the Chongqing YuAn supervision engineering consulting limited company with advanced construction supervision information management technology through the files management system in order to realize the full common chare of the data and information resources. Taking the actual system’s demand into consideration, the article mainly introduces the development background of the subject, and the completed function and development process. It focuses on the instructions of the system design thought, the technical difficulties and solutions.
