Abstract


Purpose system OSSTEM dental implants used in orthodontic ambush dental grafting , summarizes the operative technique , tracking observed postoperative clinical efficacy , to determine the feasibility and reliability of the surgery , to explore a way to improve dental transplant success rate , simplify complex dental orthodontic treatment effectively transplanted teeth by means of implant bed preparation . Cases of impacted teeth randomly selected 26 of the 24 patients with orthodontic referral patients , aged 11-18 years old , with an average age of 13.5 years ; 17 males and 9 females . 26 cases of 19 maxillary canine maxillary first premolar a six mandibular first premolar . All teeth were not normal eruption , clinical examination , X-ray analysis with model measurements , window guide Meng surgery can not be pulling impacted tooth to its normal position . Use OSSTEM planting system for orthodontic impacted tooth transplant operation . Observe the clinical efficacy after 3 months of orthodontic force on postoperative follow-up observation for two years . Results The patients have mild swelling and pain , oral anti-inflammatory treatment three days after remission ; the gums basic healing stitches removed after a week ; 1 month after removal of fixtures transplanted tooth mobility lt ; the I ° ; no special discomfort after 3 months in patients transplanted teeth loose gums alteration in good condition , X-ray examination periodontal reconstruction ; 3 months after the start line of orthodontic force on fine-tuning , after 9 months tracking The observations indicate that the transplanted teeth sensitive to orthodontic force . Up observation for two years , the transplanted teeth without loosening , color , crown tilting axis tilting normal . Conclusions will be transplanted teeth in the planting system used in orthodontic OSSTEM impacted tooth transplantation by the preparation of planting beds , can effectively improve the success rate of dental implant , simplify complex dental orthodontic treatment , at the same time broaden the adaptation of orthodontic treatment disease.
