Objective: To evaluate machine FlexMaster NiTi instruments in root canal preparation effect , discover safe and effective root canal preparation equipment , to provide a reference for clinical . METHODS: premolar extraction for orthodontic or periodontal fresh single tube constant 60 root canal curvature of 20 ° -40 ° , were randomly divided into three groups : the FlexMaster group of (FM group ) , with ProFile or group (PF group ) Hero642 ( H group) ( n = 20 ) , respectively, using the machine FlexMaster profile Hero642 nickel-titanium instruments , crown root to the technical preparation of the root tube through digital dental film , scanning electron microscope and software analysis methods to observe and compare the root tube straightened degree offset index root canal , root canal preparation time , safety performance , after root canal preparation dentinal tubules opening number , root canal wall debris, root canal wall smear layer . Results: 1 , three groups of instruments can better maintain the original curved root canals anatomy H group root canal preparation after root canal straightened degree of slightly larger difference between the three groups had no statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05) . 2 H group root canal offset index FM group root canal offset index ranged between Group H and PF groups , but each group of root canal offset index was less than 0.2mm deemed no offset occurred , no statistically significant difference between the three groups (P gt; 0.05). Group H preparation time is shortest, the difference between the three groups was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; macroscopic and microscopic observations , three sets of equipment were not found instruments helicase appears , or spiral encryption , twisted, distorted , cracks and broken situation. 4 , the number of openings of dentinal tubules in 1 /3 of the root canal : FM group , H group than the PF group , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; 1/3 of the tip of the root canal : FM group more group H and PF groups , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05) , root canals , 1/3 and 1 / 3 of root canal tip , FM group and group H root wall debris than the PF group less , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; groups root canal wall is generally cleaner , the vast majority of dentinal tubules open , only a small amount of thin smear layer and the smear layer scoring difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05) Conclusion : the FlexMaster machine nickel titanium instruments safe and effective , can better maintain the initial shape of the root canal , with a good root canal shaping ability and cleaning effect , worthy of clinical use .
