Abstract


The illiteracy of Twenty-first century is/no longer illiterate, but do not know how to learn. To pursuit of high learning ability has become an essential basic goal modern of education and teaching.Explore the ways of learning, particularly the ways of effective learning to guide the students to learn effectively, has become the focus of the reform of basic education. To base on the effect, effectiveness, efficiency of the learning process in primary and secondary, and focus on each student’ progress and overall development, this article attempts to focus on the "Students how to learn effectively", put forward to promote students’effective learning in five ways:In the context of learning; in the contact of learning; in the thinking of learning; in the display of learning; in the feedback of learning. Combination of the practice case study to investigate the basic rules of effective primary and secondary schools,in order to rich the theories of effective learning for primary and secondary school.
