Abstract


Firewall technology as a comprehensive network security technology , is one of the primary means for ensuring network security , hardware firewall technology , has been a research focus of research institutions and enterprises . Firewall particularity in the network location , most of the current firewall products integrated security features and management functions in one , while the expansion of a large number of features often have a greater impact on firewall performance . Based on a hardware firewall , the server side of the firewall assisted management system was designed and implemented in general purpose computers located within the network , the server-side firewall log information processing , user e-mail management services , in conjunction with the client to achieve internal network safety management and other services , so as to reduce the the firewall equipment business processing burden , to achieve the purpose of improving firewall performance . In the process of the realization of the system server , the WEB server Apache PHP MySQL Classic WEB architecture design , as the system 's user interface to interact with the user data . SNMP protocol developed firewall log report module successfully resolve firewall log information and image on a Web page to provide users with an intuitive firewall log report results . Technology with packet filtering firewall , mail management module is designed to achieve the management of the internal network users to send and receive mail . Based on multi-threading technology , IOCP technology , RSA encryption technology designed terminal management system server module , the module system client used in conjunction to achieve within the network user's security management functions . According to the test results of the analysis , in the small and medium-sized network environment , server hardware firewall with various functions are realized with a certain practicality .
