Objective: To study laparoscopic surgery surprised to discover the characteristics of ovarian cancer cases , preoperative examination , intraoperative and postoperative treatment and its prognosis . Methods: A retrospective of Hebei Medical University, Fourth Hospital gynecological carried out in the February 2005 February 2010 668 cases of laparoscopic ovarian tumor surgery clinical data , statistical laparoscopic surgery surprised to discover that the number of cases of ovarian cancer , combined with that reported in the literature to do a retrospective summary. Results: Laparoscopic surgery accidents ovarian cancer cases , epithelial tumors in 5 cases, sex cord stromal tumor two cases . Comprehensive one cases laparoscopy underwent laparoscopic surgical staging , laparotomy after laparoscopic checks , one cases of intraoperative frozen section proved to be malignant conversion to open surgery , two cases of intraoperative frozen section proved to be malignant underwent laparoscopic under unilateral accessories and tumor resection , and another two cases surgery has been completed , the report of paraffin , respectively, after 9 days , 32 days for second surgery . Conclusion: improve the preoperative examination , accurate preoperative evaluation and appropriate treatment to help reduce the incidence of the laparoscopic accidents ovarian cancer laparoscopic surgery .
