Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of immunotherapy in recurrent spontaneous abortion . Methods: We searched PubMed , Highwire , free medical journals , the Western biomedical database , Chinese Biomedical Database , China Academic Journal , VIP database . As of March 2009 , included in the randomized controlled trials all RSA patients with active immunization or immune globulin treatment of recurrent miscarriage . And according to the random allocation method , random concealment , blinding and exit description included in the review of the quality of research . Meta-analysis method comprehensive quantitative data . RESULTS: Of the 27 studies , the parent group pregnancy rate higher than that in control group [OR = 2.55, CI (1.44 ~ 4.51), P = 0.001]; donating group pregnancy rate higher than that in the control group [ OR = 1.49 CI : ( 0.77 to 2.89 ) , P = 0.24 ] ; the immunoglobulin group of pregnancy success rate higher than that of the control group [ OR = 1.38 CI : ( 0.67 to 2.83 ) P = 0.38 ] . Conclusion : Father lymphocyte immune therapy of recurrent spontaneous abortion improve the success rate of their pregnancy . Other methods no significant placebo-controlled . But still a need for more high-quality , large sample quantitative research to further explore .
