Abstract


Emergency means people are difficult to predict , or some kind of objective events failed to predict the sudden . Its sudden influence and conflict has high news value, has also become a media competition and excellent opportunity to show their own comprehensive strength . In the new media environment , the rise of new media such as microblogging , being dispersed traditional newspaper reported advantages and attention in emergencies .
