Abstract


Objective To summarize cerebral thrombosis patients with secondary treatment of femoral neck fracture characteristics in our hospital from January 2003 to December 2008 , the diagnosis and treatment of cerebral thrombosis patients with secondary femoral neck fracture in 21 patients , three cases of lower limb skin traction fixed line only bed 3 simple routine surgical needle fixed plus limb skin traction therapy , the 15 routine pure bipolar hemiarthroplasty surgery . The comparative analysis of the results of different methods of treatment . Results of three cases of simple skin traction for treatment of patients with fractures were not healing , one cases of fracture in a patient's death , died six months after the fracture ; 3 cases needle fixed patients with fractures were not healing , with needle fracture ; 15 patients hemiarthroplasty surgery patients , surgical joint cavity infection , patients unable to walk more than 13 patients with artificial joint replacement postoperative exercise can walk , can take care of themselves the simple life . Conclusion cerebral thrombosis secondary to femoral neck fracture patients , such as physical conditions permit , should choose a small surgical trauma and bipolar hemiarthroplasty of bed early surgery .
