Abstract


Objective: Lumbar disc herniation is a common disease, frequently-occurring disease, modern medicine neuropathic pain attributed to the category. Currently, the treatment of many diseases, the lack of effective and specific diagnostic laboratory indicators, this study from the clinical and experimental two aspects, one is observed with EA plus acupoint injection for pure electric lumbar disc herniation clinical efficacy and Intervention plasma NO levels before and after the change; Second is to establish spared nerve injury (SNI) model was electro SNI rats hyperalgesia and spinal cord dorsal horn NOS positive neurons in rats. Through clinical and experimental research, to discuss electricity for neuropathic pain in rats as well as with NOS / NO relationship. Methods: Clinical and Experimental Research both start clinical study of 49 patients with lumbar disc herniation p object for the study were randomly divided into electro-acupuncture point injection group of 24 cases, a simple electro-acupuncture group of 25 patients, respectively, a course of treatment, The following back pain score (JOA score), McGill pain score table, straight leg raising test changes, clinical efficacy criterion, the change in plasma NO levels as observed indicators, the results were analyzed before and after intervention. Experimental study of SD rats were randomly divided into sham operation group, model group and EA group (n = 8). Nerve injury model using EA \(NADPH-d) method to detect the rat spinal dorsal horn neurons of NOS positive changes, and the average optical density to quantify the spinal cord dorsal horn of NOS positive neurons. Results: ① two kinds of interventions for lumbar disc herniation have a good effect, in the \leg raising test was no significant difference between the two aspects of the degree (P gt; 0.05); ② two kinds of interventions can effectively reduce plasma NO levels (P lt; 0.01), but the difference was not significant (P gt; 0.05); ③ SNI surgery can significantly reduce the mechanical pain threshold in rats, but no significant changes in heat pain threshold, while the model rat spinal dorsal horn neurons in the expression of NOS positive enhancement; ④ EA SNI rats can significantly improve the mechanical pain threshold (P lt; 0.01), while its dorsal horn expression of NOS positive neurons also effectively reduced (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: ① EA plus electro-acupuncture point injection and simple methods can effectively improve both interventions lumbar disc herniation in patients with clinical symptoms and reduce its plasma NO levels. From the clinical ease of operation and effectiveness into account, using a simple electro-acupuncture interventions might better; ② combine experimental research, can be considered, electro-acupuncture intervention mechanisms of neuropathic pain may be related to the effective regulation of NOS / NO to function.
