Abstract


With the domestic information technology to accelerate progress, our colleges and universities are implementing the Digital Campus. Construction of the campus card system is to achieve an effective way of Digital Campus. HNU campus card project has involved extensive, multi-application subsystem must take into account other building construction projects, schedule calls for the urgent, difficult to implement investment and so on, while the project implementation process, accompanied by various departments of the original school systematic and integrated management system and other aspects of the problem. HNU campus card construction projects related to the future of high school competition in our pattern, consistent with the construction of the school research universities planning objectives. Therefore, the project completed on schedule to play their proper role is one of the major targets of the project.Based on the in-depth study the comprehensive theory,This article make a comprehensive description HNU Digital Campus project’s basic situation and development planning; rely on systematic and comprehensive research project schedule management theory (including the schedule and progress control of the relevant theories and methods, tools) From the perspective of theory with reality, constructed HNU Digital Campus project schedule and control the progress of the research management structure.This paper mainly includes four parts:the first introduces the HNU campus card project on the basic profiles, schedule and control the project laid the foundation for the launching; Then, the HNU Campus Card Project Schedule preparation, including:identification of the principle of the preparation of project schedule, project breakdown structure, project work time estimates, project network plan preparation, etc.; then introduced HNU Campus Card Project Schedule Control process, the principle of control from the project schedule, The process control system project schedule, project schedule conflict management and risk management; Finally, the H University campus card project schedule and control the management of security measures, proposed from the information security, human security, protection and funding organizations protection in four areas to promote the successful completion of the project.
