Abstract


Real estate development, project management and performance evaluation this three times is currently in network and in reality in their respective fields of one of the hottest words, this paper put three popular words after combining analysis. Real estate development project management involves knowledge is broad, its across the economy, technology, and the people’s livelihood, legal and administrative science, the fields of comprehensive line strong activities. Project management performance of high and low will directly influence the real estate development project success or not, ultimately affect the company’s business performance.This paper intends to the combined with real estate development project management present situation of constructing a set of real estate development project management performance evaluation system, including a performance evaluation index system is established and the performance evaluation system design two parts. By means of real estate development project management performance evaluation system is investors and managers in the project implementation process in time to find out the questions and find out the reason, from real estate development project is the fundamental solution to the problems existing in the management and improve project management performance level.This article from the real estate project management and performance evaluation of the basic theory, research object to start relevant theoretical knowledge of a simple introduced, and then by regression analysis method, the balanced scorecard method, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and is representative of the performance evaluation method is to find out the real estate development project management for performance evaluation method. In the same study, the author puts forward that establishes the real estate development project management performance evaluation system of ideas and to set up the index system of the four dimensions. According to the real demand of indicators for the screening and sure, build a more realistic performance evaluation index system of demand. In order to make real estate development enterprise in project management in the process of evaluating the performance of more scientific and reasonable, the Analytic Network Process (ANP) to establish real estate development.Although the research results of the many possible the defects of the unknown, but the article on real estate development project management of the performance evaluation of research for real estate development enterprise more scientific, practical, and so to have the certain reference value to the other similar project, performance evaluation and management is of certain reference.
