Abstract


Background and purpose: work pressure go hand in hand to influence people's behavior and health care workers, occupational stress both in the workplace affecting job performance, job satisfaction variables. Care managers are a special group of the care team, charged with the important task of leadership and supervision, and plays a very important role in the dynamic of the entire nursing work run. However, in previous studies, the choice of the working pressure response indicators are rarely concerned about the care managers, how to reduce the pressure of care managers work and it is blank. Therefore, the research groups working pressure situation, coping style, health status and related factors is necessary. To this end, the study nurse managers working pressure situation is selected as research indicators, following the ideas of the \Designed to investigate the status of the Guangdong region hospital care managers working pressure, coping style and health standards, research APN scheduling and hierarchical management system of care managers working pressure, coping style, self-rated health, and to analyze the reasons. And explore the work of pressure to deal with the impact on the health status of nurse managers. Methods: from May to September 2009 to take a stratified sampling method, care workers conducted a questionnaire survey of eight hospitals in Guangdong Province.
