Abstract


Today’s international environment has changed greatly. Peace and development are the major issues in the world. Along with the development of global economic, transnational investments increase gradually. Since the Chinese Reformation and Opening, more and more multinational companies have investment in China. With the high-speed development of China economy, many Chinese companies began to explore the international market.This paper, based on theories of transnational and business environment, study the case of two German companies. Use the analysis tools, such as the PEST analysis, Porter’s five forces model and SWOT analysis analyse the changes of environment. A summation is made to generalize the work in this paper. Suggestions are proposed for further improvement.
