Abstract

Reasonable remuneration system is fundamental to ensure employees motivation. Improving employees’remuneration satisfaction will be an effective way to mobilize the employees’potential capability in their work. There are many factors will affect the salary standard, but the organization’s equity is the most important factor. Assessment tool developed by rigid job description and job evaluation are wildly used by companies now, but did not allow employees to participate in the design and management of pay system. After studied the application of e-democracy in the government cases in this paper, the idea of electronic democracy and platform are used in the pay of employees to solve the lowsatisfaction problem. And then make application and analysis of the A’s real situation. First, elaborate the low remuneration satisfaction in the current social status, summarize the means and methods widely adopted by the corporate human resources, and then analyze the shortage and objection from the perspective of democracy and fairness of these measures .Nextly, the paper introduces the concepts and methods of e-democracy, bothly the application in government departments and the received results. Lastly it summarizes the various network platforms to achieve e-democracy.As e-democracy is essentially a group of dynamic decision-making problem, so we make simulation and analysis of several e-democracy platform based on the summary of dynamic simulation models, to be get the best way to resolve the low remuneration satisfaction problem. Finally, we make the practical application of the concept of e-democracy to resolve their problem of low remuneration satisfaction with the current situation of the A Company, and make an comparison of the remuneration satisfaction between before and after.
